The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard and comprises of four bed shared or ensuite accommodation, three bed ensuite studios and one bedroom flats.
Eligibility for the accommodation is prioritised firstly to NHS keyworkers working for the Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust, secondly to other keyworkers and finally to those working in the local area.
Pricing
Accommodation can be booked on a nightly basis from £45.59 per night.
- Longer term shared accommodation prices start from £835.20 per calendar month, inclusive of council tax and utilities.
- Self-contained flats from £1262.38 per calendar months excluding council tax.
