Keyworkers - Report a Repair Form

You can report a non-urgent repair to us using the form below or by reporting it directly to your local housing office. 

For urgent repairs and emergency assistance outside of office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday); Addenbrooke's residents please call 0800 131 3348, quoting your address.

For urgent repairs and emergency assistance outside of office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday); Broomfield, Colchester and Oldchurch residents please call 0800 783 2768.

Please note:

If a maintenance operative is sent out of hours, then you MUST be able to allow them access to your flat and to show them the exact nature of the problem. If the maintenance operative cannot gain access to address the fault, then you will be charged a £50+VAT call-out fee.
