At Sanctuary, we pride ourselves on exceptional service. However, we understand that things can go wrong from time to time. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the service you've received, please contact us in the first instance - we are just as keen to get to the bottom of whatever the complaint might be as quickly as possible.
