Health Assured offer access to professional support services with practical tools to help you manage your emotional and psychological wellbeing. With options to help you with issues ranging from depression or stress all the way to legal or financial concerns, Health Assured is ready and waiting to help you, day or night.
Laundry
Our laundry’s are popular so we’ve team up with our laundry provider, Circuit, to provide an app so you can see which machines are free. Download the Circuit Room View app to save yourself a trip and make sure you can get your wash on with minimal fuss.
Direct debit
The easiest way to pay your rent is via Direct Debit. Use the online form to set-up your direct debit.

Energy Performance Certificate
All residents have the right to access and view our Energy Performance Certificate.
Departure procedure
When the time comes to leave us, there are important procedure you need to follow to ensure your tenancy is terminated and your keys are returned correctly.
You must inform us in writing one calendar month before you plan to leave us. You can do this online via the intention to vacate form.
Please complete the key return form once your keys are handed back into the on-site office.
